Turkey Burg Creative Ltd. ("Turkey Burg," "we," "us," or "our") operates turkeyburg.com and provides marketing services, and, where noted below, internal tools that connect to third-party accounting platforms on behalf of our own business. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect From Website Visitors

When you visit turkeyburg.com, we collect:

• Analytics data: page views, referral source, device and browser type, and general location, collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Contact form submissions: the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message you submit through our contact form, processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, and delivered to us by email.

We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, who process it solely to operate the website and respond to your inquiry.

2. Information Accessed Through Connected Third-Party Integrations

Turkey Burg operates a small number of internal tools and automations that connect to third-party platforms using each platform's official API and OAuth authorization, solely for our own internal business operations.

We use Intuit QuickBooks Online to pull customer, invoice, and transaction records into an internal reporting view for our own financial reporting and data synchronization.

We also use OAuth-authorized access to Google Sheets and Google Drive to read and write spreadsheet data for internal reporting and tracking, for example competitor pricing research, customer review logs, and call summaries. This data stays within our own Google Workspace and Drive and is used exclusively for internal business operations.

Separately, we use Microsoft Graph (Teams and SharePoint/OneDrive) to power internal Microsoft Teams bots that read and reply to specific Teams chat messages and update related files, for tasks like inventory updates and status widgets. This access is limited to the Teams conversations and files these bots are explicitly connected to, and is used solely for internal operations. It does not read or act on unrelated Teams chats, channels, or files.

Specifically:

• We access only the data necessary for the specific internal purpose each integration serves, such as accounting records, internal spreadsheets, or the specific Teams conversations and files each bot is connected to.
• This data is used exclusively for our own internal business operations. It is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and it is never used for advertising.
• Access is authorized directly by the account holder through each platform's own OAuth consent screen, and can be revoked at any time from that platform's connected-apps settings.
• Data retrieved through these integrations is stored securely and retained only as long as needed for the internal purpose described above.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate and improve our website, respond to inquiries, understand how visitors use our site, and maintain accurate internal financial and business records.

4. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information in our control, including restricting access to authorized personnel and using secure, reputable third-party service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you, or revocation of a connected integration, by contacting us using the details below.
