Terms governing our site and applications.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to turkeyburg.com (the "Site") and, where applicable, your use of any application made available by Turkey Burg Creative Ltd. ("Turkey Burg," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or an application, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Part A: Website Terms of Use
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes about Turkey Burg's marketing services. You may browse the Site and submit inquiries through our contact form. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its operation, or using it to submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Turkey Burg or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our prior written permission.
3. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turkey Burg will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Part B: End-User License Agreement (Internal Applications)
6. Scope
This section applies specifically to any internal application or automation operated by Turkey Burg that connects to a third-party platform, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace (Sheets and Drive), or Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive via Microsoft Graph), via that platform's official API (each, an "Application"). Each Application is developed and used solely for Turkey Burg's own internal business operations, such as financial reporting, internal spreadsheet tracking, and Microsoft Teams automation, and is not distributed or licensed to the public.
7. License Grant
Turkey Burg grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use an Application solely for Turkey Burg's internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable terms of service and acceptable use policies of any connected third-party platform, including those of Intuit, Google, and Microsoft.
8. Restrictions
An Application may not be copied, modified, reverse-engineered, sublicensed, resold, or used by anyone outside Turkey Burg without prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants rights to the trademarks, trade names, or platforms of Intuit, Google, or Microsoft.
9. Third-Party Platform Relationship
Applications that connect to a third-party platform, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365, do so only after the account holder authorizes the connection through that platform's own OAuth consent process. That authorization can be revoked at any time from within the connected platform's account settings. Turkey Burg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc., Google LLC, or Microsoft Corporation.
10. Data Handling
Data accessed through a connected Application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the commitment that such data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an Application at any time, including if these Terms or a connected platform's terms are violated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
